Lisa joined Google in 2004 as a founding member of the AdSense Sales organization and has held positions in adtech for 15 years. She currently leads a team focused on the Privacy Sandbox global go-to-market strategy and product partnerships. Prior to this role, Lisa founded the business development function of Android Security & Privacy BD and is an advisor to a privacy startup within Google called Checks. Before Google, Lisa held a leadership role at one of the first digital measurement and analysis firms, Internet Profiles Corporation (I/PRO). Lisa entered tech through gaming company, Sega of America, working on the Dreamcast product launch. Lisa has over 25 years of experience in digital advertising, sales and business development, commercialization of tech products, cybersecurity and privacy.

Yaryna is an Ads Privacy Evangelist at Google, evangelizing Google’s privacy POV and helping customers prepare for a privacy first world. After working with marketers and agencies since 2007, and specializing in programmatic media since 2012, she is excited to support clients as they navigate the newest frontier: Ads Privacy. In this evolving landscape, Yaryna leads conversations related to privacy-preserving and durable measurement initiatives, so that clients can continue to reach the right customers and measure results with confidence. Areas of expertise include Google’s approach to privacy, identity, AI, new privacy-preserving signals and technologies (including Privacy Sandbox), and how our ads products are evolving in light of these changes.

He is also an IAB Tech Lab Board Member, where he spearheads and collaborates on the development of innovative solutions and guidance for the digital media ecosystem.

Marissa brings more than 10 years of experience and leadership in the digital and cross platform media measurement space. Prior to joining DV, Marissa led Nielsen’s Digital Ad Ratings, Total Ad Ratings and digital Brand Effect product suites.
