Miles DePaul is the Head of Marketing for North America at Mailjet, the email service provider for teams with customers like Product Hunt, Avis, MIT, and more. Miles oversees the growth of the Mailjet brand across the U.S. and Canada, including running their own email marketing initiatives, English content, and partnerships.
Prior to Mailjet, Miles ran marketing initiatives as apart of his own creative agency producing digital, audio, and video content for brands. In 2012, Miles co-founded Green Economy Canada, a national environmental nonprofit in Canada.
Miles has focused his career on building products, services, and organizations to more effectively connect audiences to the stories they love.

Dwight Sholes has over 20 years' experience in email marketing. He currently works as an independent consultant with a focus on the travel industry. His consulting practice typically includes longer-term engagements to develop email and digital marketing strategies, manage complex marketing projects, and create the organizations necessary for client success.
In prior roles Sholes has worked as an entrepreneur as well as on the brand side. In 2001 he founded Quotient Marketing, a boutique email services provider that helped leading brands like Krispy Kreme, Liberty Travel, and Silversea Cruises create and sustain highly successful email campaigns. Prior to its successful sale to Fishbowl in 2008, the company was an early pioneer of technologies that are now considered best practices, such as triggered messaging, dynamic content, and dynamic segmentation.
Sholes has also held positions at Return Path and American Express Vacations. At Return Path he served as a senior email optimization consultant and subject matter expert for the company's travel clients, which included some of the biggest brands in the travel vertical. At American Express Vacations, he was responsible for developing new revenue streams across all digital channels and driving sales of ancillary products and services.
