II. AGILE TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY #1: CHEWY (11:10 – 11:45a.m. ET) 
Our first of two stories on agile transformation will be told by Shanna Quintero, director of marketing operations at Chewy. An agile certified scrum master, Shanna established agile practices to increase market response for channels including social, CRM, and web, reducing workflow times by an average of 30%. Liz Tarter, vice president of marketing operations at Lincoln Financial, will share our second featured story on agile transformation. As the business product owner of Adobe Workfront, Liz has championed agile to redefine Lincoln Financial’s project management approach. Here, Liz will talk about her role as a scrum master team leader, her governance strategy, and the KPIs she tracks to ensure the agile workflow is being carried out successfully.
