Michael Therrien is the Director of Content for Global Capabilities and Strategic Solutions at Kyndryl, the world's largest provider of IT infrastructure services. He has a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

His experience includes digital marketing, demand generation, and team leadership, with extensive experience driving digital transformation across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas. Having lived in Toronto, Singapore, Dubai, New York, and now in Seattle, Michael has gained deep insights into diverse cultural and business environments. Michael's background in these diverse regions has equipped him with a unique understanding of global markets, market presence, and customer engagement.

Michael has been involved in AI for many years, leading roundtable discussions on the use of predictive analytics in the days of big data. In the last couple of years, he has been driving the use of AI across Marketing, originating an AI Marketing Task Force that identified 193 business and process challenges and ultimately prioritized 24 use cases for execution. He has educated hundreds of employees, managers, and executives on Generative AI applications, covering best practices, regulations, and practical use cases.
