This workshop will teach participants how to use the Product Profitability Audit to clarify how to expand their product line to drive profit and identify strategic opportunities.

This virtual workshop uses focused exercises to build skills and teach participants how to approach product (and service) offer creation so that they can improve business results and successfully launch a profitable offer. Participants will learn proven processes to gain a clear perspective on whether to bring a new product to market and create new products efficiently while ensuring the highest quality.
