Conference Update: Moving to Virtual

We have been closely monitoring the wildfires in Los Angeles and have come to the difficult decision to pivot from in-person to a virtual conference. We did not make this decision lightly but we feel there is no scenario where we can move forward with a live Creator Conference in Santa Monica given the devastation.

We are working on adjusting the schedule for a virtual presentation and will be communicating those updates shortly.

We’re grateful to still be able to offer the Creator Conference to our members and the larger marketing community and thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

Cancellation Policy and Notes

  • A full refund for your individual registration will be granted if written request for cancellation is received by email 60 or more calendar days before the conference start date. A 50 percent refund will be granted if written request is received between 59-45 days from the conference start date. No refund is available if cancellation is received 44 days or less before the conference start date. A $125 transfer fee will be charged for name changes, or to change the credit card on a registration. 
  • Complimentary tickets will incur a $250 no-show fee if cancellation is not made at least three days before the event.
  • Unused registrations/applications have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events.
  • ANA will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount promo code during the registration process.
  • Miscellaneous:

    • Pricing is subject to change.
    • ANA accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property.
