I. Committee Discussion: The Role of Companies and Brands in Race Relations (11:10-11:40AM ET)
Given recent events in this country, we’ll start the meeting with an open, honest conversation about the role of companies and brands in race discussions. What brands have already stepped-in whose responses you’ve admired? Has your brand considered taking action? We invite members to voice their opinions, and have an honest dialogue in a safe environment.

II. Driving A Cultural Revolution During a Pandemic (11:40am-12:10pm ET)
Join us in conversation as guest subject matter experts discuss the impact of COVID to the multicultural consumer and how brands have responded. Get a “peek under the tent” and hear how McDonald’s executives have worked together, employing a strategic approach to meeting COVID related responsibilities, on a corporate and personal level, all through a multicultural lens

III. The Power of Supplier Diversity (12:10-12:40PM ET)
Supplier diversity is part of the “trifecta,” alongside diversity and inclusion and multicultural marketing. According to a new ANA report, 75 percent of members have a supplier diversity strategy for the organization overall; 40 percent have a supplier diversity strategy specifically for marketing/advertising. This report is unique given its perspective on marketing, which may be the last uncharted territory for supplier diversity professionals. It provides an understanding of the benefits, challenges, spend, goals, and measurement of supplier diversity.
