WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS (2:00 - 2:05 PM)
I. FEDERAL ELECTION PREVIEW (2:05 – 2:50 PM)
First up, Kirk Bado, Managing Editor of National Journal's The Hotline, will discuss the battle for control of Congress – the races to watch, the candidates to know, and the impact the changing political environment will have on which party comes out on top in the House and Senate. After Kirk's presentation, Capitol Hill vet Nick Choate of Venable LLP will discuss what the elections will mean for party control in Congress - from the leadership in each house to who will control the committees that have the biggest impact on the industry.

II. STATE ELECTION PREVIEW (2:50 – 3:30 PM)
This session will provide a recap of the important statewide races to keep an eye on as well as the fight for control of statehouses across the country, from Ben Williams and Amanda Zoch of NCSL.

III. STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ELECTIONS (3:30 – 4:00 PM)
Steve Jewett and Scott Will from Attorney General Strategies will provide an in-depth review of the current state of the world of State AGs. Topics will include a preview of the 30+ state AG races around the country this year, recent trends in politicization of state AGs on both sides of the aisle, and how all of this affects the marketing and advertising industry.
