Members will learn about Meta’s approach to Creative Agency Roster Model with implementation of 360 Qualitative Performance survey. For Media, members will learn about Meta’s enterprise-wide approach to consolidate Media Agencies and streamline agency management through a centralized Media Agency governance model. The presenters’ intent is to share Meta’s journey with the ANA Financial Management Committee and initiate best practices discussion with members to inform and continue to evolve their agency partnerships.
