Highlights Include: The Maryland Comptroller released proposed regulations for the State’s digital advertising tax. The House E&C Committee held a markup on a proposed FTC privacy bureau and a billion dollars in corresponding funding. Minnesota held a hearing on a privacy bill for next year and another privacy bill was prefiled in Oklahoma. The Senate turns its attention to privacy, holding several hearings and sending letters to FTC Chair Kahn. ANA held its annual Capitol Hill Day where ANA staff guided members as they met with the offices of key members on the House E&C and Senate Commerce Committees.
