III. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: PARTNERSHIP IN PROCUREMENT (10:20 – 11:00AM ET)
Procurement teams carry an immense responsibility as marketing’s gatekeepers, vetting and negotiating with vendors before they work with brand leads. However, the commitment doesn’t stop there as procurement must develop a dialogue with internal marketing teams to understand their challenges and whether vendors are providing adequate support. Through the experiences of fellow ANA members, learn how other companies have created a space for procurement and marketing to connect, and what questions procurement must ask to ensure they clearly understand the status of present and future vendor engagements.
Engage your fellow committee members in open discussion around evolving issues and current challenges. Come prepared to share! This is your opportunity to ask questions!
