TAKE A BREAK AND CELEBRATE PRIDE
This month's LGBTQ+ Forum is all about taking a break from the busy and sharing what makes you proud.
I. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS (11:00am – 11:30am ET)
We will popcorn around the room for introductions (name, pronouns, title, company). We'll take this time to share great advertising we've seen during pride, your own work, and anything else that makes you proud.
II. MEMBER ADVERTISING DISCUSSION AND SNAP POLL: PRIDE 2022 (11:30am – 12:15pm ET)
Take a break from "busy season" and join our member discussion. We'll take a snap poll on how this year's pride marketing and advertising stacks up, identify areas of improvement for LGBTQ+ marketing, and what resources are available.
III. BREAK AND NETWORKING (12:15pm – 12:25pm ET)
IV. MEMBER SUPPORT DISCUSSION (12:25 – 1:00pm ET)
In this open discussion, we'll focus on how best to support LGBTQ+ individuals within your organization and the industry. What are the best practices for employee support? What other resources exist or need to be developed?
