III. GoTo FOODS: REINVENTING CREATIVE SERVICES WITH A NEW IN-HOUSE AGENCY MODEL (11:40a.m. – 12:15p.m. ET)
Kyle Lewis, executive creative director, and Amanda Young, director of creative services and operations at GoTo Foods, spearheaded a creative vision to build the company’s first-ever in-house agency. A reinvention of the Creative Services department, Devour resulted in over $1 million in savings in just the first year. Today, with a team of over 65 FTEs and freelancers, the in-house agency supports seven global restaurant brands with over $5.5 billion in annual revenue, making world-class work to help them break through while operating more efficiently than external agencies.
