Write for Work (BURST)

20 Exercises to Sharpen Your Writing
(BURST Workshop)

BURST Workshop Description
Too often, we let our “writing muscles” get lazy. Good business writing is simple, clear and direct. But too often, we let our “writing muscles” get flabby. We pile on unnecessary adjectives, trite phrases and old habits.

Led by a multiple Emmy-Award® winning creative director, author and Wall Street Journal best-selling ghostwriter, this BURST workshop consists of 20 exercises and ChatBot prompts that will immediately make your writing crisp and clear. Each exercise is “learn and do,” so you’ll get to practice each tip immediately on your own content.

No Rules of Grammar. No terms like ‘nouns,’ ‘verbs,’ ‘participles,’ or ‘adverbs.’ This is a Boot Camp for writing that will hone and sharpen your writing skills. And no matter whether you’re a Marketer or Creative, you’ll come away with at least a half-dozen hacks that can immediately improve anything you write.

Target Audience
Anyone at any level who wants to improve their writing skills – from an internal email to a marketing PowerPoint presentation to a Super Bowl commercial. And anything in between.
