Your process needs to become agile. The best marketing is often the result of a successful collaboration among diverse personnel spanning different groups and agencies within an organization. Enabling such successful collaboration within an organization is at the forefront of our Agile Marketing for Marketers workshop. This workshop will show you step-by-step how to apply Agile marketing concepts and techniques, so that you and your team can get more done in less time, quickly adapt to change, and perform better, smarter, and faster!

Our workshop will explain the principles, processes, and tools that make up Agile marketing and how to tailor them to work within your organization. Agile marketing places a premium on team communication, customer collaboration, and the willingness to make changes throughout the process. We will discuss Agile marketing values in-detail and perform several exercises that will allow attendees to integrate themselves into the Agile process.
