ANA Publishes New CCPA Guidance for Service Providers

WASHINGTON D.C. (December 14, 2020) – The Association of National Advertisers (ANA) has developed new guidance to provide a set of nonbinding principles and best practices for ANA members as they work to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

“ANA continues to support its members’ efforts to comply with the CCPA. This is no easy task given the nearly constant modifications to CCPA regulations by the California Attorney General and the seemingly never-ending compliance finish line,” said Dan Jaffe, the ANA’s Group EVP, Government Relations.

In addition to this new guidance, developed in coordination with its members and Venable LLP,  ANA will host a webinar for members on January 12th to provide further support for complying with CCPA and the recently passed California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

ABOUT THE ANA:
The mission of the ANA (Association of National Advertisers) is to drive growth for marketing professionals, brands and businesses, the industry, and humanity.
