Mike Petrella, Managing Director, Strategic Partnerships - Kinective Media by United Airlines
Mike leads strategic partnerships across technology, platform, data and media for United MileagePlus, with the goal of enabling personalized and immersive experiences that surprise and delight United customers from the time they plan their journey to the next planning period, and all points in between. As an adtech veteran, Mike spent nearly 23 years with Advertising.com, through to its most recent acquisition by Yahoo!, before exiting to the start-up world and ultimately joining United.

Mike is an adtech veteran, building and leading organizations across Global Partnerships, Programmatic ad marketplace, Privacy and Data, and Content Syndication. He is an original member of Advertising.com, spending nearly 23 years with Advertising.com through its most recent brand, Yahoo before exiting to the startup world, and now United Airlines.


Rebekah Kennedy, Brand Partnerships Director - Magnite
As Brand Partnerships Director at Magnite, Rebekah leverages her unique understanding of the advertising ecosystem to deliver solutions for brands and commerce media networks. With experience spanning demand-side, supply-side, and brand roles, including leadership positions at TubeMogul (now Adobe) and HEINEKEN, she excels at navigating complex challenges and driving results.


Vincent Ho, Principal - Boston Consulting Group
Vincent Ho is a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group. He has worked with 4 of the top 10 retail media networks in the US across a variety of topics, including GTM and product strategy, technology implementation, measurement & incrementality, 1P data & audience targeting, and org & operating models. He has also served adtech players as they seek to accelerate retailers on their monetization journeys. Prior to BCG, Vincent worked at KPMG in Toronto. 


Chris Herbst, Head of Partnerships & Client Success - Chase
As Head of Partnerships & Client Success, Chris leads the sales and account management teams responsible for delivering value to brands and agencies through Chase Media Solutions. With over 9 years of experience in the transaction-based marketing industry, Chris has held leadership positions with the legacy companies that helped build the foundation for the launch of Chase Media Solutions. Prior to entering the commerce media space, Chris served in several strategy and analytics roles across consulting and media/entertainment where he leveraged data insights and research to drive strategic direction.
