II. THE EVOLUTION OF CULTURAL CELEBRATION MARKETING AT WELLS FARGO (11:00-11:45AM)
Cultural celebrations and segment specific activations have long been a part of Wells Fargo's multicultural marketing efforts when reaching Hispanic, African American, Asian, LGBTQ, Veterans and PWD customers. These programs have historically been supported on a segment-by-segment basis, been time-bound to cultural moments and have had limited paid media investment. In this session Larissa Acosta, Segments leader for Wells Fargo's integrated brand marketing team, will share Wells Fargo's evolution of Cultural Celebration Marketing toward a holistic creative platform grounded in a universal insight that informs how we show up during cultural and celebratory moments, creating consistency and building equity over time.
