I. RUST-OLEUM: CREATING EMOTIONAL CONNECTION WITH SPRAY PAINT (10:00AM – 10:50AM)
Rust-Oleum has always focused communication on inspiring and educating consumers and professionals. This spring, Rust-Oleum launched its first campaign with a goal of building a connection with consumers based on how painting projects make them feel. In this session, senior director of integrated communications Lisa Bialecki will share the story behind this campaign.

II. JOHNSONVILLE: TURNING BRAND DUTIES OVER TO EMPLOYEES (11:00AM – 11:50AM)
Building off the idea that this family-owned company empowers its members (employees) to be responsible for most everything, Johnsonville hadn't extended this thought to its brand, until recently. In this session, PR & Social Media Manager Stephanie Dlugopolski explains how allowing its members to come up with and star in its commercials has now extended into all other aspects of their marketing efforts and is impacting the brand's awareness, trust and sales.

III. PAMPERED CHEF: REVITALIZING THE BRAND TO CONNECT WITH OUR TARGET AUDIENCE (12:30PM – 1:20PM)
Part of Berkshire Hathaway, Pampered Chef is the premier direct seller of high-quality kitchen tools. In this session, director of consumer and field marketing Charlene Joese will share how the company is modernizing brand touchpoints to establish brand relevance with its target audience, and provide a sneak peek into some of the things they'll be testing in 2018 to build brand awareness.

IV. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION (1:30PM – 2:30PM)
One of the benefits of ANA Committees is the ability to share and learn from fellow marketers in a "closed door" environment. During this time, we'll ask members to share 1-2 challenges, key concerns, or hot topics that "keep them up at night" to facilitate this open discussion time. Come prepared to share!
