Workshop Description
The one constant about change is that most people resist change. McKinsey reports that “70 percent of change programs fail to achieve their goals, largely due to employee resistance and lack of management support.” In a business environment propelled by digital transformation and frequent strategy realignment, organizations adopting a traditional approach to change management often fail to see the anticipated business transformation of a transformation initiative.

The digital to physical to digital integration of the fourth industrial revolution poses endless possibilities for companies that embrace this new reality and near certain demise to the organizations that ignore or fail to leverage the dynamics of change to accelerate growth. A design-driven change process integrates collaboration, critical thinking, creative solutions, and process facilitation in a way that enhances an organization’s ability to develop and implement changes that promote business transformation.
