She counsels on contests, sweepstakes, and loyalty and recurring membership programs. Nilou also counsels clients on digital advertising, in relation to cookies and other tracking technologies, and the interplay of consumer protection programs, including enhanced notice requirements for interest-based advertising and the collection of location data.
