Joe Ferrero is one of South Florida's most talented radio personalities. Now at Mega 94.9FM (WMGE) with his award-winning morning program "El Show de Joe Ferrero" (Monday - Friday, 6am - 10am). Among his many talents, Ferrero is a seasoned imitator of well-known celebrities, a charismatic and witty interviewer, and has a sensitive side that makes his listeners identify with him.

Joe Ferrero has accomplished in his 28-year career what others have dreamed of. Joe's accomplishments have been featured in Newsweek, Ocean Drive, The New York Times, The Miami Herald, Radio & Records and Billboard Magazine. At the request of the United States Congressman, Lincoln Diaz Balart, a U.S. Flag was flown over The Capitol in his honor on October 15, 2003, for "making radio history" and for "his commitment to entertain and inform the South Florida community." Ferrero is also a hero for the Cuban Community and Venezuelans for making the best Pranks calls of all Time, Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, Nestor Kirshner and others.

 South Florida CEO Magazine featured Joe Ferrero as one of the most powerful people in South Florida. He has been named Best Spanish Radio Personality of the Year for three consecutive years by The New Times and was also awarded the Best Radio Announcer by the prestigious Air Awards.

This high profile radio personality has repeatedly broken sales and audience records, and maintained his radio show as one of the most popular Hispanic programs in America. Ferrero's success has reflected in ratings and in revenues. In 2005, Ferrero helped generate over $20 million in revenue making radio history as the first Hispanic-formatted radio station to become the top biller in a major market.
