Brendon Derr is VP of strategic solutions at Cella, where he leads the business development team (Strategic Solutions) across the management consulting and workforce solutions practice areas, supporting brands seeking to build, optimize, and evolve their in-house agency and creative production capabilities. 

Over the span of his 10-year career with Cella, Mr. Derr has interviewed the leaders of more than 500 in-house agencies and spearheaded formal consulting partnerships with more than 100 leading brands. He began his career in the world of film and video production.

Mr. Derr is a graduate of Penn State University.
