Nancy E. Friedman, Organizational Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator and Executive Coach
Nancy Friedman is a leadership development consultant, trainer and executive coach. Nancy spent 20 years as a senior executive leading marketing and advertising organizations so many of her engagements take advantage of this perspective and experience. Her extensive corporate experience in both large and small companies gives her a real world perspective that she shares with her clients.
Nancy teaches the Agency Optimization course for the ANA, and she offers not only theory and the latest trends from ANA research, but also experience as a client working with some of the top agencies. The advertising she produced was award winning and she was known as a "model client". Nancy also develops and delivers training sessions on topics that include Agency Relations, How to Optimize Briefs, Reviewing Creative etc.
Nancy's clients include large media companies, leading search companies, a variety of advertising agencies, production companies, online retailers, apparel firms, law firms, universities and non profits. Nancy was Vice President of Advertising for Visa, USA. She also held positions as Vice President of Marketing Services at Levi Strauss and Company, Brand and Regional Manager at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Company.
Nancy holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. She also holds number certifications in a variety of individual and management assessment tools including several 360 degree instruments, retention assessment tools, MBTI, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument and Firo-B
